At Gotcha Gifts, we know how important it is for your gift to arrive on time. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your gift is delivered when you need it. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gotcha Gifts. If any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items, (we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges), you can return it within 30 days for an exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and they will provide you with detailed instructions. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
